Life Drawing Every Wednesday Night

Come to the Matthews Community Center, tomorrow night, Wednesday at 7 PM for another weekly life drawing session. David is the model. The charge is $5-7 depending on how many attend. All artists over the age of 18 welcome. Come early so you're ready to start at 7 sharp!

May MAG Meeting

Come to our May MAG meeting, Tuesday, May 10th, at the Matthews Community Center. Social time with refreshments starts at 6:30 PM and the meeting begins at 7 PM. All meetings are free and open to the public.

This month is the Kevin and Bob Art-Critiquing Show! President, Kevin Brown and fellow MAG member, Robert Brooks, will evaluate works brought in by members and guests. Bring in a sample of your work and receive the benefit of praise, as well as, gentle suggestions to improve future endeavors. Works of all types are welcome and do not need to be framed. No one's perfect! So join us in a time of friendly assessing of all our artistic creations.

Belinda, Pat and Debbie showed up for en plein air this morning with beautiful weather. We sat at the shady picnic tables and sketched and painted the birthplace of James K. Polk. Yeah, we did a lot of talking too... and shared some Jelly Bellies! Join us next time at a private garden near the Mint Museum on Randolph Road, Tuesday, 4/26.
