Artwork is to be turned in Wednesday, August 31, between 3-5 PM at the Matthews Community Center (100 McDowell St., Matthews, NC 28105). Entry fee is $30 for two pieces of artwork (framed or canvas-wrapped oil, watercolor, acrylics, pen, pencil, photography, etc...). Photography cannot be manipulated with software such as PhotoShop.
