Reg Narmour Shares His Experience With the Kilgoris Project

MAG will be selling member artwork at The Christmas Marketplace at 1515 S. Mint Street in uptown, Charlotte, to benefit the Kilgoris Project. The project builds schools and farms for a small African village, Kilgoris, so it will ultimately become self-sufficient. Fellow MAG member, Reg Narmour, spoke about his experience at the African village and showed his watercolor giclees of the schools built there. He not only helped with the physical labor but also befriended a young boy who regarded Reg as his "grandfather". Reg wore a belt the young boy made for him.

The Christmas Marketplace will take place December 3 (4PM-9PM) and 4 (9AM-9PM). Please come and help this cause by doing some of your Christmas shopping here. And don't forget to visit MAG's booth too! Contact Debbie at dyacenda@aol.com if you would like to sell art.
